Conflict of Interest Due Diligence:
- Given our extensive history of serving a diverse clientele within Thailand, we conduct a rigorous conflict of interest check prior to commencing any work. This procedure ensures the maintenance of our professional integrity and guarantees that no conflicts exist with our existing client relationships.
Information and Documentation Submission:
- Clients are facilitated to securely submit all pertinent information and documentation through our dedicated online portal. Upon receipt and review of these materials, we will issue a detailed invoice, and project commencement will be contingent upon receipt of payment.
Payment Processing and Fee Structure:
- For contract-based services, invoices will be issued reflecting the specific pricing structure associated with each service. Upon successful payment processing, project execution will commence. For legal advisory services, fees will be calculated on an hourly basis and invoiced upon completion of the consultation. Project Delivery and Timetable Communication:
